Sisters In Sobriety, Transformed Anointed & Healed was established in April 2006. SISTAH’s objective is to reach out to women from all walks of life regardless of their race, religion or ethnicity that’s struggling with the thought or usage of drugs and or alcohol even after going through substance abuse treatment. By coming along side and connecting with these women, we’re able to provide one of our Life Skill changing seminars. These Life Skill seminars addresses the educational treatment needed in Recovery Management and the importance it will serve in equipping one to maintain their sobriety. SISTAH promotes healthy thinking by examining the cause for usage with the intent of focusing on one’s strength and resilience to overcome the odds, in addition to also having their symptoms treated. We also advocate on behalf of relapse prevention through our transformative recovery curriculum.
